How did I end up becoming a Recruiter x Career Consultant?! I always saw recruiting as the “cool job” where it was socially acceptable and productive to spend hours in team meetings centered around creating fun experiences for everyone! Though I didn’t major in anything related to recruiting, I worked as a career advisor in university where I critiqued students’ resumes and helped them land their dream jobs. Seeing that a majority of students grappled with rejection from companies (myself included), I was curious to understand the gap between the candidate and recruiter experiences which led me to pursue a career in recruiting and eventually start Career.Dette

What sets me apart from other consultants, is my unique and diverse background in the Technology, Finance, Education, and Healthcare industries. Throughout my career, I have worked with Series A start-ups as well as Fortune 500 corporations, gaining invaluable experience at every stage of a company's lifecycle. This exposure has fostered my ability to generate innovative and unconventional ideas, bringing forth a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
